Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat) has marked a significant milestone in its mission to advance Indonesia's technological landscape by unveiling the nation's first AI Experience Center at Solo Technopark in Solo, Central Java.
The facility, supported by advanced 5G connectivity, highlights Indosat’s dedication to establishing Indonesia as a leader in artificial intelligence (AI) and integrating it into the global AI arena.
The grand opening of the AI Experience Center featured notable attendees, including Wijaya Kusumawardhana, Expert Staff to the Minister for Social, Economic, and Cultural Affairs, who represented the Minister of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia; Vikram Sinha, President Director and CEO of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison; and Teguh Prakosa, the Mayor of Surakarta.
This event underscores Indonesia’s progress towards achieving its Golden Indonesia 2045 vision, driven by the adoption of advanced technologies and underpinned by robust 5G connectivity.

Empowering Indonesia Through AI
Kusumawardhana praised Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison for launching Indonesia's first AI Experience Center. This hands-on experience is a precursor to the AI Center of Excellence that Indosat plans to establish, which will be powered by 5G technology and is set to be groundbreaking in the near future.
