Telstra is introducing the OPPO R15 Pro to its smartphone range, giving customers more choice when connecting to Australia’s largest and fastest mobile network.
Available now online and in Telstra stores, the OPPO R15 Pro makes a breakthrough in full screen development with its 6.28 inch edge-to-edge display featuring a resolution of 1080 x 2280 and a screen to body ratio of 19:9, providing the owner with an immersive visual experience.
Richard Noonan, Telstra’s General Manager of Mobile devices, said, “We know many of our customers want affordable smartphone options with the latest software which is why we’re excited to be introducing the R15 Pro, providing our customers with more choice when connecting to Australia’s fastest mobile network.”
“Paired with Telstra’s 4GX speeds** and exclusive entertainment content offerings, we know the OPPO R15 Pro will give customers a great immersive smartphone experience with its impressive edge-to-edge display – especially when it comes to streaming and sharing content,” said Noonan.
The OPPO R15 Pro packs a powerful 6GB of processing memory for the ultimate multitasking performance and a huge 128GB of on-board storage for the user’s music, video and files – with expandable capacity of up to 256GB through a microSD card (sold separately).
Featuring the latest in AI technology, the R15 Pro has dual 20MP + 16MP AI enhanced rear cameras for stunning depth-of-field effects and the ability to optimize in any environment.
The device also features a sizable 3430mAh Battery with OPPO VOOC with fast charging. It’s also NFC enabled and Google Pay compatible for easy hassle-free payments on the go.
Its IP67 rating means the R15 Pro is protected from dust and capable of withstanding fresh water immersion for up to 1 metre and 30 minutes.
Customers can take up the OPPO R15 Pro in Cosmic Purple for $0 on the $79 Mobile Plan (40GB of included data) with a minimum cost of $1,896 for 24 months, with the option to add Peace of Mind Data for $10 per month for no excess data charges in Australia if customers go over their included data allowance. Peace of Mind Data speeds are capped at 1.5Mbps (which is not suitable for HD video or high speed applications, and means that some web pages, video/social media content and files may take longer to load) and slowed further during busy periods. Peace of Mind Data is also for personal use in a smartphone in Australia only, is not shareable and the FairPlay Policy applies.
