Converge Workplace, which offers three tailor-fit products: SweldoMo, Device Solution and Hotel Management Solution, aims to empower and support MSMEs through technology.
SweldoMo serves as the Converge automated HR, payroll and timekeeping solution that provides the basic function of a business: how to pay its employees.
The solution can adapt to different compensation arrangements, like variable pay. It also automates the manual processes of computing payroll, salaries and deductions. With this, small businesses can accurately track the timekeeping and attendance of their employees.
Moreover, it is compliant with the regulations of concerned government agencies like the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), PhilHealth and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
Device Solutions, on the other hand, is a one-stop-shop for easy-to-use devices like WiFi mesh routers, high-powered routers and HD CCTV cameras that maximize the use of Converge connectivity.
Under the Device Solutions marketplace is Converge Seamless, which is a WiFi mesh router that provides a consistent digital experience wherever you are at home, ensuring that there will be no signal degradation regardless of the user’s distance from the router.
Meanwhile, the newly launched Hotel Management Solution under Converge Workplace is also a cloud-based software that supplies the needed tech solutions for MSME hospitality players. It equips small hotels and resorts with a direct booking system, room inventory management and property management for medium-sized accommodations.
With these capabilities, hospitality MSMEs can optimize operations and have better visibility of their entire business.
“We’re not purely focusing on connectivity. Of course it’s the most important enabler; it’s the plumbing that allows clean water to flow, but what we are actually doing is solving customers’ problems. So it’s connectivity plus the solutions we can offer on top of that,” added Romero.
