Infobip has partnered with NTT Com Online Marketing Solutions Corporation to aid the launch of NTT's omnichannel communication platform, NTT CPaaS, in Japan.

As communication requirements change, businesses are looking for new ways to engage customers. This partnership offers businesses an innovative communication solution that combines reliable SMS and voice delivery with Communication Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) technology tailored to the Japanese market.

A Localized Approach

This collaboration merges the SMS and voice expertise of NTT Group, the largest SMS provider in Japan, with Infobip's leading CPaaS technology. Together, they provide cutting-edge omnichannel solutions and customer engagement tools such as ‘Moments’ and the ‘AI Hub.’ Through this partnership, Infobip is supporting the Japanese market with a CPaaS platform that is localized and offers services and payment options in Japanese. This platform seamlessly integrates with existing business systems, supporting NTT Com Online’s SMS and voice services. Additionally, new channels like webRTC, live-chat, and international SMS and voice will be added to cater to the Japanese market.
