Through a strategic partnership, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat) and Xanh SM, a leading electric vehicle (EV) company from Vietnam, will create smart mobility solutions, accelerate digital transformation, and support sustainability efforts by leveraging ICT, IoT, and analytics.
This partnership will not only improve efficiency and customer experience but also strengthen the eco-friendly vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia.

A Growing Green Wave
As part of the partnership, Indosat and Xanh SM will start with a six-month pilot phase to test and improve solutions before initiating a full rollout. To enable smart mobility, Indosat will provide robust connectivity, leveraging Cisco’s IoT Control Center to monitor SIM cards.
Additionally, Indosat will offer SIM cards for taxi units and customized mobile packages for Xanh SM drivers. IoT technologies will be utilized to monitor driving metrics and ensure safety and efficiency. Indosat's data intelligence will also help profile customers and conduct behavioral analyses to create targeted campaigns.
Indosat aims to instill a green technology wave and reduce carbon emissions in the automotive and transportation sectors, with Xanh SM serving as a supportive partner in this endeavor. Xanh SM's electric vehicle fleet will provide a comfortable and eco-friendly transportation experience while reducing environmental impact through energy-efficient technology.
