Qualtrics, the leader in the experience management (XM) field, revealed that StarHub, a prominent telecommunications, entertainment, and digital services provider in Singapore, has chosen Qualtrics® to bolster its market share and expedite growth.

This partnership aims to assist StarHub in effectively pinpointing and launching new and enhanced products, services, and experiences tailored to the ever-changing and varied digital preferences and behaviors of consumers in Singapore.

The multi-year agreement is a key initiative in StarHub's strategic transformation program (DARE+), which aims to save USD 500 million in costs and increase revenue by FY2026 through an expanded digital product and entertainment offering, as well as a superior, simplified customer experience across all engagements.

It means experience management technologies are now a critical tool for every company, leader, and team, and the people-centric focus being adopted by organizations like StarHub is helping drive growth, savings, and productivity for organizations across Southeast Asia and the globe,” said Mao Gen Foo, Head of Southeast Asia, Qualtrics.

“Aligned with our DARE+ initiatives, StarHub remains committed to exploring new ways to elevate our customer service experience and take it to the next level,” James Riley, Vice President of Customer Lifecycle Management, StarHub, shared. “The real-time, multi-channel insights and capabilities Qualtrics brings us will be a key driver in understanding our customers better, allowing us to make precise and efficient decisions when it comes to our overall customer experiences.”

StarHub aims to continuously evolve and scale its customer experience program to accommodate changing consumer behaviors and product offerings, collaborating closely with Qualtrics' XM experts to maximize its investment. Merkle, a Qualtrics partner, will implement the program.
